In the modern world there are three social models: capitalism, communism and the welfare state. However, all of these systems have some serious problems. In a capitalist system, only money has value and gives power. Eventually, this system becomes corrupt and increases greed in human nature. In communist system, nobody is allowed to have anything and thus, this system increases envy. Welfare state system is even worse, because it combines problems of both systems. The more people earn, the more taxes they have to pay. Therefore, people become lazy and indifferent.

The glory of Vedic system is in its teachings on how to improve people. People can only be happy when they have a pure heart. The solution to all the problems of humanity is understanding the law of karma. If we don’t accept the law of karma, we will have to create artificial laws. God will give us everything we need in life, and if we use everything we have been given correctly, then all the problems in our lives and the lives of everyone else will be solved.
