Hari-katha is the svarupa-sakti of harinam. It protects us from the attacks of maya by strengthening our mind. Our practice of bhakti becomes much more powerful through the study of sastra, and the realizations we have become more profound. When we hear scriptural statements repeatedly, they become imprinted on our hearts, transforming them to such an extent that as soon as we hear the name Krishna, we see Krishna.

It is not difficult to surrender to Krishna, we just have to hear about Him to get that beautiful vision of Sri Krishna.

There are two ways of explaining transcendental reality: 1) by comparing the nature of transcendental reality with the nature of our consciousness; 2) by deliberating on this universe, understanding that it is a reflection of the Supreme transcendental consciousness that created this world. Bhagavan is the sum total of reality, and everything else cannot exist independently of Him. \"Srimad-Bhagavatam\" is the svarupa of the Lord.
